Prenatal yoga during the third trimester focuses on comfort, relaxation, and preparation for labor and birth. Gentle movement, supported stretching, and breath practices help reduce physical tension, improve circulation, and ease common discomforts such as pelvic pressure, back pain, and fatigue. Classes emphasize restorative positions, nervous system regulation, and techniques for labor coping — including mindful breathing, visualization, and pelvic floor awareness — while fostering confidence, trust in the body, and connection with the baby as birth approaches.
