Our Mission & Goal

Embodied Training Institute was founded to meet the growing need for innovative, integrative professional development in the fields of mental health and social work. Grounded in holistic principles, we offer continuing education that bridges evidence-based practices with body-centered and mindfulness-informed approaches. Our mission is to empower clinicians and care providers with the tools to support healing, resilience, and embodied presence in their work. We believe in fostering a learning environment that values diversity, lived experience, and the interconnectedness of mind, body, and community. Through our courses and workshops, we aim to cultivate practitioners who are deeply attuned to themselves and those they serve.
